The Plio Promise — 30-Day Guarantee
We built Plio to make cleanup faster. If it doesn't, we don't want your money. Use your Plio for up to 30 days from delivery — actually use it — and if you're not happy, we'll refund you in full.
How to return
1. Email leviminassian@icloud.com with your order number and a line about what didn't work (it helps us improve).
2. We reply within one business day with the return address.
3. Post the bag back. Once it arrives, your refund is processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
The details
Returned items should be in reasonable condition — used is fine, destroyed is not. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. If your Plio arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you including postage.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights — the Plio Promise sits on top of them.
