Shipping — the honest version

Plio ships Australia-wide with full tracking. Here's exactly what to expect.

Times

Dispatch: within 1–2 business days of your order.
Delivery: 8–15 business days, tracked door-to-door.
Tracking: emailed to you at dispatch; first scan usually appears within 2–3 days. Check anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Costs

Free shipping on all orders over A$80 (every 2-Pack and 3-Pack ships free).
A$6.95 flat rate for orders under A$80.

The fine print, minus the fine print

Delivery estimates are business days and can stretch during holiday peaks. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email leviminassian@icloud.com and we'll chase it, replace it, or refund it. We don't currently ship outside Australia.
