Welcome to Plio. These terms keep things clear for both of us. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Plio is an Australian business. Contact: leviminassian@icloud.com.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may cancel and refund any order where a pricing or stock error has occurred — you'll be notified immediately.

3. Shipping & delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are made in good faith and are not guaranteed dates.

4. Returns & guarantee

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 30-day Plio Promise, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Product use

Plio is a carry and storage bag. It is not a toy for unsupervised infants, not a flotation device, and not rated for carrying people or pets (however tempting).

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, images, branding, the Plio name and logo — belongs to Plio and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Discount codes

One discount code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Plio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state from which Plio operates. Disputes will be handled in those courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
